and Operating System License: Rental units are
shipped with original installed operating system
software direct from manufacturer. Renter or student
may install any software or application they have
title to.
The "renter's” and or “student’s" data and software
license is the “renter’s” responsibility. Loss of
Data: Rentacomputer.com will not be held responsible
for any loss of data or software by the "renter".
ALL data will be erased upon return of a rental unit
and will not be available after rental unit is
returned to designated facility. This offer may be
cancelled at any time by student, renter or
Rentacomputer.com. Equipment of equal value or
greater may be substituted at anytime. This is not a
rent to own or any type of purchase agreement. If
