Thanks for visiting my bio page and thanks to
our thousands of customers who have made Rentacomputer.com
the countries best know
nation wide computer rental provider.
I have been fortunate to have been in the
employ of Rentacomputer.com since 1987 when I was hired by
John Beagle and
Bill Schiering to work as a technician for
the then fledgling firm who at the time concentrated their
rental business on the local markets of Cincinnati and
Dayton Ohio.
I have many happy memories from those
early years of making deliveries, setting up computer
rental equipment, and meeting our customers face to face. It
was always a pleasure to report back to the sales reps that
we had another satisfied customer. The time on the road was
rather enjoyable also, and something that you don't miss
until years later when you realize you have spent way to
much time in the office.
As the company grew I
accepted the position of Service Manager. It was a
natural fit to work with our growing staff of delivery
technicians to make sure they gave our customers the same
level of service that I had come to expect from my own time
in the field.
Just as it seamed things could not get
any busier we decided to open our first of 3 branch offices.
Those being in Columbus Ohio, Cleveland Ohio, and
Indianapolis Indiana.
I am still not sure where the time went
but some how years and years managed to slip past. But I do
remember at some time, perhaps around the year 2000, that my fellow
Vice President Bill Schiering and I decided to swap
responsibilities and I moved into sales and Bill moved to
service.
Five years on Bill is back in sales and I
have moved to marketing. Now I spend my days working with
our Xponex Media Services
design staff with Adam
Lewis as our Web Development Manager and his staff of
talented writers and graphic artists. So if you have any
