If you’re renting for an event, training, temporary project, or deployment, these are the questions that usually come up first.

How do I get a quote?
Use our quote request form with your equipment needs, dates, delivery method, and any configuration requirements. We’ll confirm availability and send a tailored quote.
Do you rent to individuals or consumers?
We focus on business-to-business rentals for organizations with legitimate short-term needs: events, trainings, projects, temporary staffing, and deployments. Personal or consumer rentals are typically not supported.
What info should I include to get an accurate quote?
To get an accurate quote, include quantities, dates, delivery or pickup method, the destination type such as office, venue, or hotel, and any software or configuration needs. If you need technicians or setup support, note that too on Request a Quote.
How fast can you turn a rental around?
Turnaround depends on equipment type, quantity, and how much configuration you need. If you’re on a tight timeline, request a quote and note your deadline. Expedited options may be available when needed.

Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?

Is delivery included in the price?

Can you image laptops or pre-install software before delivery?
Yes. We can preload software, apply standard settings, handle account requirements as appropriate, and test devices so they’re ready on arrival. Tell us what you need when you request a quote.
Do rental devices include administrative rights?
Yes. By default, devices can be provided with full administrative rights so users can install what they need. If you prefer restricted, password-required user accounts, we can configure that on request, including via imaging. Mention your preference on Request a Quote.
Can you create password-protected user accounts instead of admin access?
Yes. If you want a more controlled setup, we can configure password-required user accounts and permissions based on your needs. Include requirements in your quote request.
Are devices tested and cleaned before shipment or delivery?

How do you handle data removal after a rental?

Can you deliver to offices, hotels, venues, or event sites?
Yes. Delivery can be arranged to business locations and event sites. For shipping, we recommend planning delivery to a reliable receiving point whenever possible. Share timing and any receiving constraints on the quote request.
Do you support shipping to hotels or convention centers?
Yes, but a large venue receiving dock can add risk. Packages can be delayed, misrouted, or staged in the wrong place. When possible, we recommend shipping to a reliable business receiving address or a staffed pickup location. We can also ship to a staffed carrier store for customer pickup, such as a UPS Store or FedEx Office, when that’s the best option.
Do you offer weekend deliveries or pickups?
Yes. Weekend delivery and pickup may be available. Additional fees may apply depending on timing and logistics. If you need weekend handling, mention it on Request a Quote.
What happens when the rental ends?
We coordinate return logistics based on your plan and timeline. For some projects, that includes pickup scheduling and closeout steps.
Can I extend my rental?

What is my responsibility for rented equipment?
During the rental window, you’re responsible for the equipment while it’s in your care. Protection options may be available. Ask when you request a quote.
Do you rent for short-term and longer-term needs?
Yes. Many projects are short-term, such as events, trainings, and temporary projects. Longer rentals may be available depending on requirements and availability.
Can you work with purchase orders (POs) or corporate billing?
In many cases, yes. If your organization requires PO-based purchasing or specific billing workflows, include that in Request a Quote.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees depend on timing:

  • 100% fee for orders refused at delivery or canceled same-day.
  • 50% fee for cancellations within 24–48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
  • 25% fee may apply after reservations are placed.

For shipped orders, the ship date is treated as the delivery date. Also note: there are no refunds for early returns within the first rental period.

What if my requirements change after I place an order?
Changes may be possible depending on availability and timing. The earlier you request changes, the easier it is to accommodate them.
