Yes. The planner is free, needs no account, and saves your layout in your own browser. Nothing is sent to Rentacomputer.com until you request a quote.
What can I plan with it?
Trade show booths (pipe and drape, inline, or island), classrooms, meeting and breakout rooms, keynote sessions, registration areas, lounges, press rooms, and outdoor activations, from 10×10 ft up to 200×200 ft.
How do I send my layout to a rental specialist?
Choose Request a quote with this plan. Your rental items are added to the quote cart and the plan image and summary are attached to your quote request, so your specialist sees exactly what you drew.
What if I already own some of the furniture or equipment?
Mark any item type as Have it. It stays on the drawing so spacing is accurate, but it is listed as customer-provided and is not added to your rental request.
Are the footprints exact?
Footprints are planning estimates in feet. Real equipment sizes vary, and your rental specialist will confirm sizing, power, internet, and venue logistics before your event.
Can I use it with only a keyboard or on my phone?
Yes. Every action works with a keyboard: add items from the list, Tab to pieces, move them with the arrow keys, and type exact positions in the inspector. On phones you can drag, pinch to zoom, and use the tabs below the plan.
